Pausing, even if it’s just for a moment, allows us the space to name where we are.

Where are you as you pause today?

You are not where you were yesterday.

You are not where you want to be tomorrow.

You are known and seen in the sacred, holy space of right here and now.

The mundane.

The present.

It is now.

Pause.

Name where you are.

“I am here today holding…”

“I am here today pausing amidst…”

“I am loved.”
